So I’m sitting here in the cinema watching this movie and I feel like the script was stolen from the story of my own life… I mean isn’t the point of watching a movie to run away from the reality of life? Oh well this review isn’t about me but one of the most anticipated Nollywood movie of 2014 and believe me when I say it was surely worth the wait in every sense.
Seriously this movie was the stunner with the most beautiful cast, lots of colors, pleasant moment that you can’t help but become a noise maker in a room full of people and give exclamations you felt only girls could possibly deliver. The most amazing thing about this movie is the fact that it was able to utilize all the potential it had in cast, production and ideas to give a memorable experience that really reflects a 2014 modern and urban society
Storyline
A 28 year old event planner (Mo) wakes up one morning to suddenly to discover she had everything it takes to be Mrs. somebody but somehow still had her father’s name attached to her, it seems everything in the universe decided to remind her of that fact at every turn leaving her to figure a way out of her predicament, with the help of her 2 best friends (Tseju and Tobe), her parents and old friends (Jennifer and Dare) she realize when love happens you may not have even notice.

Deep thoughts
This was indeed a very thought provoking movie that made me wonder about some certain issues in our current society, issues such as… are internet dating truly not worth our times cause the most times are misleading ? Is finding the right man in a club or bar really not possible? Why do we often feel threatened by other people’s success that it seem to make our clocks tick faster? Are all men who are very successful really just players? Does friendship always have to be a cliché to love? What really are our reason for finding love? What does a perfect man or woman mean to us?
Ok let me sadly say that the only thing I didn’t truly like about this movie was the fact that it was a classic love story we’ve seen over and over again in movies such as the Hollywood baggage claim, Nollywood Weekend Getaway and even the Bollywood Yaadien thereby making it very predictable, with less suspense and intrigue, I really wished they added a little twist to the tale.
Rating
Storyline: so this was a very well told story and seriously if you think Nollywood comedy must feature john Okafor or Nkem Owoh then this movie is clearly not for you

Cast: O M G!!! this was a one of a kind star studded movie and boy could they act, the most killing thing about this cast was the fact that they could speak English, I mean if you didn’t attend and  Aje butter kind of school you might have a  problem understanding most of the movie, this was the strongest part of this movie and believe me when I said Beverly  Nrya added mean to the word mean girl, Oc Ukeje was the perfect Smooth criminal (very good bad guy) and even the new faces such as Wereche Opia, Oreka Goddies and Shaffy Bello has me anticipating their next arrival on screen.
Production quality: Now I want to give a round of applause to Seyi Babatope for the quality of production, the set design and choice of location was incredible and seriously you truly don’t have to go to South Africa or abroad to make a polished (Tush) movie
Costumes and makeup: Lord have mercy on me for starring at those clothes (costumes) used in this movie because I really need to get hooked up with the designer, stylist and makeup artist used in this production, they really bought an uptown urban chick  mixed with a little African theme to this set making each picture perfect.
Visual and audio effect: little details such as showing us when a person sends or receive a message, answers or make a call, background lighting to depict a room or a club took us through this journey and make all the difference
Soundtrack: I regret to say that I don’t have a tune playing in my head when I think of this amazing love story.
Wiffeys rating: 68%

In closing I’ll like to say that Nollywood as an industry have woken up and decided to up their game and its yielding beautiful results…
